I’m very pleased to announce this new release. It includes a lot of new features and fixes mainly suggested by my co-workers. A big thank you for their help.
New features
- Player receives the sword through a quest, new NPCs (AngelStone, Pink Gnome, Elya)
- Skeleton activation system and animation / death animation
- Bushes now move when player touches
- Sound buses rework and new Sound Component
- Pause indicator for dialogs and cutscenes
- Level design to complete the first 3x3 map
- Add AsepriteWizard plugin
- Add AutoExportVersion plugin to generate version displayed in HUD
- Add SoundManager plugin to manage music and sound, and remove custom AudioStreamManager
Changed features
- Story and dialogs improvement
- Player interaction optimization
- Life potion is now based on red flowers
- Player and enemies hurtboxes optimization
- NPC interaction behavior improvement
- Item spawn animation improvement
- MusicArea rework to detect all enemies (or specific entities) and adjust music if enemies are present or not
- Quests:
- NPC first check if quest conditions are already completed to adjust dialog
- Quests now execute custom actions when completed (different actions than reward)
- Stamina and life were not properly maintained when changing scene
- Enemies now have a dedicated speed parameter when they chase the player
- Inventory improvement: sounds and UI
- Dialogs: add button indicator to

- Migrate to Godot 4.4-dev4
- New steamdeck export for debug version
